Job OpportunityAbout Us:Traya is an Indian direct-to-consumer hair care brand platform that provides a holistic treatment for consumers dealing with hair loss.The company provides personalized consultations to determine the root cause of hair fall among individuals, along with a range of hair care products curated from Ayurveda, Allopathy, and Nutrition.Our unique platform diagnoses the patient's hair & health history to identify the root cause behind hair fall and delivers customized hair kits to them right at their doorstep.We have a strong adherence system in place via medically-trained hair coaches and proprietary tech, where we guide the customer across their hair growth journey and help them stay on track.Our vision is to create awareness around hair loss, de-stigmatize it while empathizing with customers who are impacted emotionally and psychologically.Most importantly, we aim to combine 3 different sciences (Ayurveda, Allopathy and Nutrition) to create the perfect holistic solution for hair loss patients.About the Role:To provide virtual consultations to patients with the highest level of empathy and professionalism, ensuring their well-being and satisfaction throughout their healthcare journey.Key Responsibilities:Proactively reach out to customers via outbound calls to check treatment progress, address concerns, and provide support as part of their Traya journey.Take ownership of achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) defined by your manager, which will include but not limited to targets for the number of call attempts made and the number of completed consultation calls each day.Follow established communication and script guidelines provided during all customer interactions, ensuring that every call delivers a consistent, high-empathy experience and meets the company's service and quality standards.Conduct detailed consultations to gather patient history and accurately diagnose illnesses.Prescribe medications and recommend treatments based on homeopathic principles and the established line of treatment.Develop and implement personalized care plans to address individual patient needs.Provide follow-up care, adjusting treatments as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.Counsel patients on preventive healthcare practices, emphasizing proper nutrition, hygiene, and lifestyle changes.Collaborate with dermatologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to quality care.Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation of patient diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and follow-ups in the system.Escalate complex cases to dermatologists or other specialists as required for further evaluation.Requirements :Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from a recognized institution.Valid medical registration/license (if applicable).
