We are currently seeking a skilled Professional to join our team as a Manager. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our online classes across Gujarat.Key Responsibilities:A. Agent Appointment & ManagementIdentify and appoint District/Taluka level agents who can effectively expand our reach.Train new agents on the benefits and features of our platform.Maintain regular communication with agents and monitor their performance within our CRM system.Achieve monthly enrollment targets through strategic partnerships.B. Parent Counselling & Direct AdmissionsHandle parent inquiries via phone or in-person, explaining the advantages of our online education.Present demo classes and showcase the academic features of our platform.Convert leads into admissions by providing exceptional customer service.Maintain follow-ups with parents via our CRM system.C. CRM ManagementAdd new leads, update follow-ups, and track agent leads within our CRM system.Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to analyze progress and identify areas for improvement.Maintain an accurate student database and track status changes.E nsure all staff members utilize our CRM system efficiently.D. Teacher Enrollment & Class OperationsRecruit teachers for Gujarati medium Std 1–10 subjects who can deliver high-quality instruction.Evaluate teaching ability through demo sessions and prepare teacher schedules and timetables.Maintain class quality, attendance, and provide feedback to improve student outcomes.Collaborate with our technical team to ensure smooth sessions.E. Staff & Office ManagementSupervise the tele-calling team, admin staff, and support staff to maintain a productive work environment.Conduct daily morning meetings to discuss ongoing projects and address any challenges.Maintain discipline, processes, and performance standards.Solve day-to-day operational issues promptly.
