uPVC Window Product engineer

Job Description:Job Description:We are looking for a Senior Executive with technical expertise in fabricating high-quality uPVC doors, windows, and façade elements. The ideal candidate should be experienced in preparing fabrication drawings, reading technical drawings, and ensuring products meet industry standards.Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret window/door fabrication drawings and specifications. Able to make drawings for cutters, weld blocks and necessary tools for fabrication. Make routing drawings for hardware like hinges, handles, locks, and gaskets. Prepare corner weld strength values for uPVC profiles as per standards. Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality check at each stage of fabrication. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. Collaborate with design, production, and installation teams for project requirements. Identify and report any issues or discrepancies during fabrication.Preferred Skills: Strong interpretation of product drawing Basic knowledge of site installation practices. Strong knowledge of fabrication standards and techniques for uPVC systems. Ability to understand and work from technical drawings and cutting lists. Detail-oriented with strong quality focus. Good teamwork and communication skills. Knowledge of aluminum window designing is an advantage. Strong interpersonal skillsQualifications: B. Tech/Diploma engineering in Mechanical, Fabrication, or related field. 4+ years of hands-on experience in uPVC window and door fabrication.
