A Learning & Development Manager is required to lead our internal training initiatives and elevate organizational productivity. This role will play a critical part in enhancing the efficiency and performance of employees, managers, and leaders across all departments.The ideal candidate will function as a Corporate Trainer, LMS Strategist, and Team Leader, responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating impactful learning interventions. To succeed in this position, you must have excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills in Malayalam and English. You should also have hands-on experience with LMS systems and learning technologies, as well as a strong understanding of academic and technical content related to NEET, JEE, CA, CMA, ACCA, and skill development.The successful candidate will influence learning culture and drive performance across departments.
