Talent Sourcing & IdentificationSource active and passive candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), networking, referrals, and social media.Screen resumes to identify relevant experience, skillsets, and cultural fit for US-based roles.Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future openings.2. Candidate Screening & AssessmentConduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, communication abilities, work authorization, and salary expectations.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers or clients.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.3. Client Interaction & Requirement AnalysisUnderstand client requirements, job descriptions, and expectations in detail.Collaborate with Account Managers or Delivery Leads to prioritize open positions.Share suitable profiles with clients and follow up for feedback.4. Negotiation & Offer ManagementNegotiate pay rates, benefits, and employment terms with candidates (C2C, W2, or 1099).Coordinate onboarding and ensure timely joining of selected candidates.5. Compliance & DocumentationVerify work authorization (H1B, Green Card, US Citizen, OPT, etc.) and maintain all required documentation.Ensure compliance with company and federal employment regulations.QualificationsBachelor's degreeEffective communication skillsStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsRelevant experience 1+yearsHigh-energy and passion
