Job Description:We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our clinical applications support team in the assigned zone. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellence in product demonstrations, user training, and post-installation support.The role involves conducting advanced user training sessions for clinicians, radiologists, and technicians on ultrasound and mammography systems. Additionally, the individual will ensure high-quality clinical outcomes through image optimization, workflow customization, and best practice sharing.The ideal candidate should have a strong background in ultrasound and/or mammography applications, with at least 3 years of experience in a zonal or senior application role. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Radiography, Biomedical Engineering, or Allied Health Sciences is also required.Key Responsibilities:Clinical Application & Training: Conduct advanced user training sessions, ensure high-quality clinical outcomes, support installation teams, and provide refresher and advanced training to existing users.Product Demonstration & Sales Support: Lead pre-sales demonstrations, work closely with the sales team, support tender processes, and track demo-to-sale conversion metrics.Team Leadership & Mentoring: Guide and mentor regional application specialists, develop standardized application protocols, conduct internal capability-building programs, and maintain detailed reports.Customer Relationship & Satisfaction: Act as the primary clinical contact, regularly visit user sites, monitor system usage, gather feedback, and resolve clinical issues.Qualifications & Experience:Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Radiography, Biomedical Engineering, or Allied Health Sciences.Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in ultrasound and/or mammography applications, with at least 3 years in a zonal or senior application role.Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, mentoring, and analytical abilities, willingness to travel extensively across the assigned zone.
