We are seeking an experienced Outreach and Admissions professional to lead our school's outreach initiatives, strengthen relationships with pre-schools, and support overall admissions growth.The ideal candidate should be confident, well-spoken, and comfortable meeting external partners, conducting presentations, and driving enrollment through strategic engagement.Outreach & PartnershipsVisit pre-schools, day cares, and education centers to establish tie-ups and ongoing referral partnerships.Represent the school in meetings, presentations, and promotional discussions.Build and maintain strong relationships with preschool leadership, counselors, and coordinators.Identify new channels and networks that can support admissions growth.Admissions & Sales SupportGenerate leads through outreach and convert them into school enquiries.Support the admissions counselor in follow-ups, conversions, and parent engagement.Coordinate with the internal team to share updates on leads, visits, and tie-up opportunities.Assist during parent visits when required.Marketing & PromotionAssist in executing on-ground marketing activities such as flyers, standees, and community outreach events.Represent the school at exhibitions and education fairs.Coordinate with the marketing team for outreach collateral, brochures, and presentations.Reporting & DocumentationMaintain a calendar of outreach visits and submit timely reports.Track tie-ups, lead generation, conversion statistics, and record feedback.Maintain an updated database of all preschools and outreach contacts.Additional ResponsibilitiesSupport school-level events that involve parent engagement.Provide market insights and competitor information to the admissions team.Perform any related tasks assigned by the Directors.
