Lead Statistician ProgrammerWe are seeking a highly skilled Lead Statistician Programmer to lead our programming activities.The successful candidate will be responsible for leading statistical programming activities for therapeutic areas and compounds, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.He or she will develop and maintain documentation following programming standards and processes, creating CDISC standard SDTM mapping specifications and ADaM specifications.The ideal candidate will oversee the development of SAS programs for the creation of SDTM and ADaM datasets, adhering to CDISC standards and reports.He or she will contribute to the development of standard and utility macros, participate in establishing and maintaining statistical programming standards.The successful candidate will review CRF annotations, SAPs, TLFs specifications, and ADRG documents.He or she will handle all P21 related items and eCRT packages for regulatory submissions.The candidate will work closely with partnering functions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.He or she must demonstrate company values by demonstrating excellence, competence, collaboration, innovation, respect, ownership, team work, and accountability.The successful candidate will understand the scope of work, plan, and complete deliveries and timelines with the study team, programming lead, and management.He or she will act as a team player and SME, focusing on timelines and quality to meet regulatory submission requirements.The candidate will mentor and coach new hires and junior programmers.
