Job Title:AI System Reliability EngineerDescription:We are seeking a skilled and proactive AI System Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our AI and Agentic AI systems in production. The successful candidate will manage deployments, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices for Tech Ops/MLOps/LLMOps.Key Responsibilities:Deployment & Infrastructure:Deploy and manage AI models, agentic systems, and infrastructure across cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and on-premises environments.Implement continuous integration and delivery pipelines for AI and ML applications using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.Optimize cloud resources for cost and scalability by monitoring and analyzing usage patterns.Monitoring & Incident Management:Build monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for AI systems using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.Handle incident response, root cause analysis, and maintain runbooks to ensure swift resolution of system issues.Automation & Operational Excellence:Automate deployments and maintenance tasks using Python, Bash, and IaC tools like Terraform or Ansible.Enforce security, compliance, and operational best practices to maintain a secure and efficient IT environment.Collaboration & Documentation:Work closely with AI developers, data scientists, and architects to ensure smooth production transitions and knowledge sharing.Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation to facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Tech Ops, DevOps, SRE, or MLOps roles.Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and proficiency in Python, Bash scripting, and CI/CD tools.Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).Knowledge of networking, security, and IaC principles is essential.Strong troubleshooting and communication skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Preferred Qualifications:Master's degree and cloud certifications are highly valued.Experience in MLOps/LLMOps and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) is an asset.Familiarity with agentic AI concepts, vector databases, and data pipeline tools (Airflow, Kubeflow) is desirable.Experience working in agile environments is beneficial.Additional Information:This role requires a strong foundation in software engineering, cloud computing, and AI/ML technologies.
