Scientific Lead in BioinformaticsWe are seeking a highly skilled computational biologist to join our team as a Scientific Lead in Bioinformatics. In this role, you will be responsible for developing novel pipelines to optimize omics analysis implementation for genomics data analysis, drug repurposing, biomarker identification, patient stratification, disease modeling, and data integration.The ideal candidate should have a Master's degree with 3 years of industrial experience in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Computational Biology or related field.Strong track record of scRNA-Seq and other Omics (NGS) data analysis and downstream systemic interpretation is a must.You will work closely with diverse customers/partners in drug discovery and development and present the results and scientific hypotheses to internal and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:- Develop novel bioinformatics pipelines for genomics data analysis- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate bioinformatics insights into drug discovery and development- Present complex scientific data to various audiences- Stay up-to-date with latest developments in bioinformatics and computational biologyRequirements:- Master's degree in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Computational Biology or related field- 3+ years of industrial experience in Bioinformatics- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R or Perl- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
