Every piece is built with care, thought, and a deep respect for design that’s both functional and beautiful.We’re now looking for a Graphic Designer who can bring that same sense of craft to everything we create. From Instagram carousels to ad campaigns, website visuals to email layouts.What you’ll doOwn all visual storytelling for Allways across platforms: social media, ads, website, and email.Translate our brand’s tone into visual language.Design compelling ad creatives that convert without screaming “buy now.”Work closely with the founder and marketing team to craft visuals that make people stop scrolling (and start adding to cart).Assist with basic video edits, GIFs, and motion graphics for digital campaigns.Be a resourceful problem-solver.What we’re looking for2–4 years of design experience, ideally with D2C brands or early-stage startups.A strong understanding of brand systems, typography, and layout.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (esp.
