Graphic Designer Position OverviewOur organization is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for designing premium visual materials that effectively communicate our luxury brand values.The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in creating high-end brochures, marketing pamphlets, hoardings, and social media creatives. They will also possess excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva Pro.Key Responsibilities:Design visually appealing and premium brochures for villas, apartments, and construction projectsDevelop eye-catching pamphlets, project one-pagers, site branding materials, and hoardings that align with our luxury themeWork closely with our team to transform project visions into targeted visuals that capture the essence of luxuryMaintain brand consistency across all assets, ensuring seamless integration of design elementsDeliver print-ready files that meet strict quality standards, including CMYK settings and bleed requirementsCollaborate with colleagues to meet deadlines for marketing campaigns while providing adaptable versions for various platformsRequirements:Proven experience in real estate, architecture, or construction industry designA strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brochure design, hoarding creation, ad development, and brand layoutProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva ProAbility to interpret architectural drawings and renders to create compelling luxury brandingStrong visual sense, attention to detail, and modern aesthetic alignmentCapacity to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain professional communicationPreferred Qualities:Experience in luxury real-estate brandingUnderstanding of typography, color psychology, and layout compositionCreative thinker able to translate technical information into simple, premium visualsFlexibility to adapt to multiple project briefs throughout the month
