This role demands deep technical authority and steady project leadership.Responsibilities:• Full-custom memory design, architecture, and characterization• Layout design, net-listing, and end-to-end verification (design + layout)• Execution Plan, Quality Plan, DFMEA, and project-health reporting• Risk identification, mitigation planning, and delivery governance• Collaboration and mentoring across design, verification, and layout teamsQualifications:• MTech/BTech in ECE or related field• 12+ years in SRAM compiler design• Strong hands-on experience in custom memory, architecture, and physical verification
