About Us:

Probity Research is dedicated to Market Research. We are seeking a motivated Management Trainee / Project Management Associate to join our research team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to kickstart their careers in project management and research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Support: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring research projects to ensure they are completed on time and within scope.
  • Data Collection: Conduct literature reviews and gather data from various sources to support project objectives.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, presentations, and meeting notes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Performance Tracking: Help track project progress and prepare regular status updates for stakeholders.
  • Research Analysis: Assist in analyzing research findings and summarizing key insights to support decision-making.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas for improving project processes and methodologies based on research outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Research, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in project management or research.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
