We are seeking a senior data engineer to build and maintain our data pipeline for enterprise search applications. The ideal candidate will have experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and other big data technologies.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement data integration feeds according to business requirementsDevelop pipelines between different data sources including XML, flat files, SAP, and databasesOptimize code and adhere to industry standardsMonitor and improve the performance of the data pipelineRequirements:Bachelor or Master degree in computer science or related field+8 years of experience in data modeling, architecture, metadata management, master data management, data governance, and qualityExpertise in Azure platforms, including experience with Azure Databricks, ADLS, Synapse, and its various componentsIn-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure data stack, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure SQL Database, Azure Functions, Logic apps, Spark, and Python/PySpark programmingStrong experience with designing ETL/ELT Pipelines/Data flows using Azure Data Factory as primary skill and SSIS/Informatica as additional skillsMust have strong development & design skills in leading RDBMS environments e.g. MS SQL Server and OracleExperience of big data approach, architectural concepts, data sourcing/ingestion/curation, and storage mechanismsExperience with real-time / near-real-time Data warehousing concepts and Design approachesLeveraging components like Azure Automation, Azure Power Shell Scripting, Az Copy, Devops/ARM TemplatesBenefits:Opportunity to work on a challenging project with a highly skilled teamChance to develop your expertise in big data technologies and cloud computing
