Lead DeveloperWe're seeking an experienced software developer to lead our mobile application project.Design, develop, and maintain a high-performance mobile application using React Native and Expo (EAS).Architect a Design System utilizing TypeScript and component API best practices for component reusability, clear styling tokens, and proper documentation.Develop and maintain the core Network Layer ensuring efficient data fetching, robust error handling, effective caching strategies, and streamlined data transformation.Optimize app performance focusing on reducing re-renders, minimizing Bridge traffic, leveraging JSI for smooth animations, and optimizing bundle/startup time.Take ownership of core mobile features from concept to deployment.Contribute to high code quality through rigorous peer review and knowledge sharing.Requirements:5+ years of software development experience with 3+ years dedicated to in-depth React Native for cross-platform mobile apps.Expert proficiency in React Native core principles, Expo (including EAS), TypeScript, and modern state management.Proven experience in profiling and optimizing complex mobile applications and resolving common performance bottlenecks.Deep experience architecting and building Design Systems with a focus on modularity, scalability, and performance.Extensive experience designing and managing the network/data fetching layer including advanced use of state management for server data.Strong product sense championing user-centric design to deliver the simplest, most intuitive experience.Proficiency in backend integrations and experience with cloud platforms.Bonus Points:Successful app launches on the App Store and Google Play.Experience with native development or mobile testing frameworks.Familiarity with CI/CD processes and JSI libraries.Why Us?:Impact: You'll shape the product, architecture, and engineering culture from day one.Frontier: Work at the cutting edge utilizing and implementing the newest AI tools into your daily workflow.
