Job Title: CMS Technical DirectorAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Technical Director to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of modern content management solutions. This individual will play a pivotal role in defining the technical direction for our CMS platforms, with a focus on scalability, flexibility, performance, and integration across the digital ecosystem.This includesDesigning and architecting scalable and modular CMS solutions based on business requirements and digital strategy.Defining and enforcing CMS best practices, governance models, and development standards.Evaluating and recommending CMS platforms (headless/traditional) and tools based on business goals.The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in software/web development, with 3+ years in CMS architecture or technical lead roles. They should have deep expertise in one or more modern CMS platforms and a strong understanding of headless CMS, serverless architecture, and cloud-native systems.Required Skills & QualificationsDeep expertise in one or more modern CMS platforms (e.g., Webiny, Contentful, Strapi, Sitecore, AEM, Sanity, WordPress VIP, etc.).Strong understanding of headless CMS, serverless architecture, and cloud-native systems (preferably on AWS, Azure, or GCP).Proficiency in API design (REST, GraphQL), content modeling, and microservices integration.
