This role is ideal for professionals with strong connections in the IT industry, an understanding of global technology trends and the ability to convert leads into successful engagements.You will work closely with our leadership team to secure projects across Web, Mobile, Cloud, AI/ML, DevOps, Digital Transformation, IT Outsourcing and Staff Augmentation.Key responsibilities include lead generation and opportunity sourcing, business development and client acquisition, proposal and bidding support, pipeline and account ownership and market research and expansion.Required skills and experience include a strong network in IT, consulting or enterprise technology, experience in IT sales, bidding, business development or project sourcing, an understanding of software development lifecycle and excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.We offer a high commission-based earning model with opportunities to earn on RFP/RFQ/tender identification, successful bid submissions, new client acquisition, project conversions, staff augmentation placement, project extensions and upsells and renewals based on performance.
