As a remote STEM evaluator, you will play a key role in refining maths, physics, chemistry, biology, coding, and finance content for AI responses.Data Creation & Content Quality:Develop step-by-step solutions and clear explanations for STEM questions across difficulty levels.Evaluate content against quality rubrics, style guidelines, and strong pedagogy.Highlight conceptual reasoning and address common misconceptions.Ai Response Review:Assess AI-generated answers for correctness, clarity, and reasoning quality.Provide constructive feedback to enhance model performance.Contribute to building benchmark datasets and ground truth responses.Subject Expertise:Apply academic fundamentals aligned with JEE (Mains + Advanced) and top Indian undergraduate standards.Suggest alternative solving approaches when applicable.Collaboration:Coordinate with STEM Leads and fellow raters to ensure consistency.Follow workflows, report blockers proactively, and meet timelines.Requirements:Bachelor of Technology graduate from any IIT is mandatory.JEE Advanced qualification is mandatory.Strong conceptual understanding in relevant STEM subject.Excellent written communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience coaching students for competitive exams.Ability to create advanced/original problems.Experience working with AI systems or structured feedback formats.Personal Skills:Detail-oriented and quality-focused.Strong explanation skills and learner-first mindset.Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving ability.Self-driven, organized, and efficient in remote settings.Why This Role MattersYou will contribute to developing high-quality STEM content that enhances AI decision-making.Your work will have a direct impact on the accuracy and reliability of AI-powered tools.We Value Diversity and InclusionWe welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and perspectives.We strive to create an inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development.
