Job Title: Senior Data Integration SpecialistAs a Senior Data Integration Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless data exchange between our industry-leading platform and client source systems.Responsibilities include:Designing and implementing efficient data migration processes to ensure accurate and timely data conversions.Performing extract, transform, load (ETL) activities to guarantee precise data transfers.Analyzing complex scenarios to develop innovative solutions that meet customer needs while adhering to project governance standards.Mapping business requirements to solution designs using tools such as requirements traceability matrices (RTM).Presenting findings and problem statements to stakeholders for ratification.Identifying and documenting data gaps to facilitate change impact and downstream impact analysis.Required Skills and Qualifications:4+ years of experience assessing data and analytic requirements to establish mapping rules from source to target systems.Hands-on experience with real-time, batch, and ETL for complex data conversions.Strong working knowledge of extract, transform, load (ETL) methodologies and tools such as Informatica, DataStage, Abinitio, and Dell Boomi.Ability to utilize data mapping tools to prepare data for loads based on target system specifications.Proficient in various data applications/systems including Oracle SQL, Excel, and .csv files.Expertise in SQL scripting.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to scope, develop, test, and implement conversion/integration projects.Able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.Demonstrated collaboration and problem-solving skills.Working knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.Benefits:Opportunity to drive improvements in the data migration process.Collaborative work environment with clients and/or Project Managers.Others:Experience in customer SIT, UAT, migration, and go-live support.
