Key responsibilitiesClient relationship management: Drive client servicing and engagement, build AUA, and develop long-term client relationships. Portfolio and risk management: Monitor client positions and portfolio allocations to ensure they align with established risk, compliance, and research guidelines. Sales and business development: Develop short- and long-term sales strategies, generate revenue, and identify new business opportunities through financial solutions and sales processes. Financial advising: Provide expert advice on investments and financial planning, ensuring adherence to advisory guidelines and risk policies to minimize mis-selling. Market analysis: Continuously scan the market for emerging trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities. Reporting: Ensure the delivery of various MIS reports as required. Required skills and qualificationsExperience: Minimum of 5-12 years of experience, often in the financial services industry.Education: A post-graduate degree or MBA from a reputed institution is preferred.Skills:Excellent communication skills.Strong business awareness and market knowledge.Customer-centric approach.Networking and people connection abilities.Result-orientation.
