Role Description

We are hiring Unity Developers at Senior and Junior levels for immediate joining (within 15 days). As a Senior Developer , you’ll lead game development, optimize performance, and innovate new features. As a Junior Developer , you’ll contribute to building games while learning from experienced team members.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop mobile games and gamification features using Unity 3D (must-have), including design and technical requirements.
  • Support the full game development process, from concept and prototype to production and release across Android, iOS, and Web platforms.
  • Work closely with game designers to develop new features, improve modules, and enhance design and user experience (UX).
  • Write clean, scalable and maintainable code, ensuring high standards for code quality.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems and projects.
  • Senior Role : Lead projects, make key decisions, and mentor juniors.
  • Junior Role : Contribute to development and actively learn from others.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in game development or a related industry for senior role.
  • Proficiency in Unity 3D and C#.
  • Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and fast prototyping.
  • Strong mathematical skills, with the ability to develop algorithms (e.g., 3D modeling, vectors, quaternions).
  • Comfortable thriving in a startup environment and solving complex problems.
  • understanding of memory and performance optimisation.


Additional Skills (bonus points)

  • Knowledge of cloud-based services and backend integration (e.g., Firebase, PlayFab, WebSockets etc.).
