Your primary focus will be on designing, building, and deploying machine learning models that can adapt to various business problems.Key ResponsibilitiesModel Development: You will be expected to build, train, and evaluate machine learning models using classification, regression, clustering, NLP, and deep learning techniques.Feature Engineering: Conduct feature engineering, feature selection, and data transformation to enhance model performance.Hyperparameter Tuning: Perform hyperparameter tuning using tools like Optuna, Ray Tune, or built-in frameworks to optimize model accuracy.Data Engineering & ProcessingWork with structured and unstructured data sources such as text, images, audio, logs, and documents.Develop data pipelines using Python, SQL, Spark, Airflow, or similar technologies.Apply data quality checks, deduplication, anomaly detection, and data validation to ensure data integrity.ML Deployment & MLOpsDeploy models as APIs using FastAPI, Flask, Node, or cloud-native tools.Implement CI/CD pipelines for ML using GitHub Actions, GitLab, or Jenkins.Use containerization & orchestration to manage model deployment.Manage models using MLflow, Vertex AI, SageMaker, Azure ML, or Databricks.Implement automated retraining, model versioning, rollback, and monitoring to ensure model stability.Optimize inference by applying techniques such as quantization, batching, and caching.Cross-functional CollaborationWork closely with product managers, data engineers, backend engineers, and business analysts to translate business problems into actionable insights.Communicate technical designs, APIs, models, and architecture diagrams effectively.Metric-driven OptimizationImplement model monitoring to detect data drift, concept drift, and performance degradation.Evaluate model reliability, bias, and fairness to ensure equitable outcomes.Continuously improve model performance and resource usage through metric-driven optimization.
