Senior Appian Developer RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Appian developer to lead our team in delivering innovative automation solutions.The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience working with Appian, with expertise in designing, building, testing, and deploying intelligent automation solutions using industry-leading vendor technologies.A strong understanding of Appian objects, such as Records, Reports, Tasks, News, Sites, Actions, Expression Rules, Constants, Query Rules, Web API, Interface Rules, CDTs, Process Models, Decisions, Integrations, Connected Systems, Data Stores, Groups, Feeds, is essential.The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in writing Appian plugins, including Smart Services, Function Plugins, and Servlet Plugins, as well as Connected Systems and Component UI Plugins.Experience with Embedded SAIL, J2EE Design Patterns, such as JSPs, Java Servlets, EJBs, JDBC, Safe Agile concepts, and CICD Technologies like Ansible, Jenkins, Bitbucket, GitHub, XLR, SonarCube, and Testing Automation Technologies like Selenium, Tosca, is required.An Appian “Lead Developer” (L3) certification is mandatory.Strong communication and presentation skills are necessary for effective collaboration with diverse onshore/offshore teammates and providing support to consultants and clients.
