Expert Mainframe Software Engineer

Job Title: Mainframe DeveloperWe are seeking an experienced software engineer to join our team. As a mainframe developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing database solutions with DB2 and working with VSAM for data storage and retrieval.The ideal candidate will have strong experience in CA7 Workload Automation-iDash, Endevor, COBOL, JCL, IBM Mainframe Utilities, and Mainframe. They will also possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as good communication and teamwork abilities.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain software applications using COBOL, JCL, and IBM Mainframe Utilities.Utilize CA7 Workload Automation-iDash for job scheduling and monitoring.Manage source code and version control using Endevor.Design and implement database solutions with DB2.Work with VSAM for data storage and retrieval.Create and maintain COBOL copybooks for data structure definitions.Required Skills and Qualifications:Must have strong experience in CA7 Workload Automation-iDash, Endevor, DB2, VSAM, JCL, COBOL, IBM Mainframe Utilities, and Mainframe.Nice to have experience in the Cards and Payments domain.Should possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Must have good communication and teamwork abilities.Benefits:This is a great opportunity to work on challenging projects and develop your skills.You will have the chance to work with a talented team of professionals.Others:Please submit your resume and cover letter to apply for this position.
