Odoo Technical Director PositionWe are seeking an experienced Odoo Technical Director to spearhead our technical strategy, guide our developers, and ensure seamless integration across our digital ecosystem.You will act as both a technical architect and team leader - ensuring all systems work harmoniously to deliver exceptional customer experience and efficient internal workflows.Lead the Odoo development lifecycle - from requirement gathering, customization, deployment & support.Design and implement Odoo modules and integrations (Magento, Android app, AWS).Ensure consistent code quality, documentation, and version control (Git) across all projects.Build data flows and APIs between Odoo blue grass, eCommerce, and mobile systems.Manage system architecture, performance tuning, and scalability.Collaborate with management to translate business goals into technical solutions.Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards.Monitor project progress, define milestones, and report status to leadership.Supervise and coordinate a technical team consisting of Odoo Developer, Magento Developer, Android Developer, AWS Cloud Architect.Key Responsibilities:Technical Roadmap Development: Create a comprehensive technical roadmap that aligns with business objectives.Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of skilled developers to achieve project goals.System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of Odoo with other systems and technologies.Code Quality: Enforce high-quality code standards and practices throughout the organization.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in Odoo development and technical leadership.Excellent knowledge of Odoo, Magento, Android, and AWS.Strong leadership and team management skills.Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Benefits:This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
