Palantir Foundry Engineer Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled engineer to join our team as a Palantir Foundry Engineer. The ideal candidate will have experience designing scalable data pipelines, transformations, and applications within the Palantir Foundry ecosystem. Design efficient data processing workflows using Palantir AIP features such as RAG workflows, copilots, or agent-based applications. Collaborate with senior engineers on design, configuration, and evaluation of AI-powered decision-support agents. Key Responsibilities: Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and deliver production-ready applications. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of data pipelines and applications. Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Collaborate with senior engineers to design, configure, and evaluate AI-powered decision-support agents. Requirements: Professional experience in Palantir Foundry ecosystem and practical experience working with Palantir AIP features such as RAG workflows, copilots, or agent-based applications. Strong technical proficiency in Python, PySpark, SQL, and data modelling. Experience with data modelling and SQL is required for this role. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
