OMS Systems Developer RoleWe are seeking a skilled OMS developer to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions using IBM Sterling Order Management System (OMS).The successful candidate will work on backend components including order workflows, APIs, and integrations with external systems such as payment, fulfillment, and inventory.They will be responsible for UI customization using Sterling Web UI Framework, JSP, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.This role involves collaborating with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.The ideal candidate will troubleshoot and resolve production issues ensuring system stability and optimal performance.Additionally, they will participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and deployment activities.Maintenance and enhancement of existing OMS functionalities and integrations is also expected.Required Skills:Strong hands-on experience in IBM Sterling Order Management System (implementation, customization, and support)Proficiency in Core Java, J2EE, XML, XSLT, SQL, and REST/SOAP-based integrationsExperience in UI customization using Sterling Web UI, Dojo, JSP, or JavaScript frameworksGood understanding of order lifecycle, fulfillment processes, and supply chain conceptsFamiliarity with Microservices and integration platforms (ESB, MQ, API Gateways) is a plusStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsNice to Have:Experience with Sterling Call Center or Store UIKnowledge of cloud-based OMS deployments (IBM SaaS, AWS, Azure)
