Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for turning data into actionable insights that drive business growth and profitability.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, design experiments, and influence key business decisions. Your primary responsibilities include:Championing a data-driven culture by enabling business teams to make informed, evidence-based decisions.Translating business questions into structured analyses to ensure every strategic or operational choice is backed by quantitative insights.Partnering with leadership to design metrics and success criteria for key initiatives.Evaluating and communicating the impact of data-led interventions.Working with Product Managers and Engineers to design and analyze A/B tests that improve user experience and business outcomes.Developing dashboards and reporting to track feature adoption, conversion rates, and user behavior.Providing data-driven recommendations to shape product roadmap and customer journey design.RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have 3–7 years of experience in Analytics, ideally within Fintech, Consumer Tech, or Growth-stage startups. They should be fluent in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Additionally, they should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in data visualization tools, and ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
