Job OpportunityWe are expanding our team and seeking highly motivated game development interns who have a passion for learning, creating, and building engaging games.This internship will provide hands-on experience in the game development process, from concept to release. You will collaborate with our experienced team members to design and develop hyper-casual games for mobile devices.The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of 2D/3D games, particularly hyper-casual gameplay loops and feedback systems. They will be able to design captivating game mechanics, create Game Design Documents (GDD), flowcharts, user journeys & feature lists, and analyze market trends to deconstruct hit titles.You will also work closely with programmers, artists, and level designers to ensure design execution. Your analytical mindset will help you balance difficulty, in-game economy, pacing, and user retention.We are looking for candidates with knowledge of Unity (C#) and experience in implementing 2D gameplay mechanics, game states & UI interactions in Unity. They should also be familiar with mobile optimization and object pooling.In addition to coding skills, we value creativity and attention to detail. Our ideal candidate will have a portfolio that showcases their design and programming abilities, as well as a strong understanding of Unity's canvas system.We offer a unique opportunity to work on real games from start to release, with a royalty share on every published game. This is an unpaid internship, but you'll receive a certificate and letter of recommendation upon completion. There's also a possibility of a full-time job offer based on performance.
