As Be Home continues to grow and expand into new marketplaces, this role will be key in driving data-informed decisions that directly influence profitability, customer satisfaction, and supply chain success.Essential Functions-Create and maintain purchase orders based on business needs, sales trends, and supply chain constraints.-Analyze demand and inventory data to optimize order quantities and timing.-Manage global vendor and agent communications, ensuring accurate coordination of purchase orders, shipments, and documentation.-Maintain import and logistics documentation accurately in the system.-Negotiate timelines, pricing, and terms with vendors and in-country teams to ensure smooth inbound inventory flow.-Prepare and update weekly and ad-hoc reports on inventory, costs, destinations, and ETAs.-Communicate any potential delays or issues to cross-functional teams and ensure follow-up until resolution.-Collaborate with Inventory Management, Merchandising, Sales, and Warehouse teams to troubleshoot and streamline processes.-Build, enhance, and maintain Excel-based tools and reports for better visibility and planning.-Take initiative on process improvements and documentation projects as needed.-Be available to monitor or respond to time-sensitive updates or communications outside standard hours, if necessary, to support business continuity.Why You Will Love Working at Be Home-A fast-growing, entrepreneurial company where your ideas and ownership matter.-A technology-driven, data-centric work culture.-Experienced leadership that values integrity, accountability, and innovation.-Opportunities to collaborate with global teams.-A creative, collaborative, and inclusive team environment.-Autonomy, trust, and recognition for proactive initiative.Qualifications-3 to 5 years of proven experience in inventory planning, merchandise planning, or supply chain management within retail or wholesale.Strong proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs, IF statements etc., and data analysis).-Excellent analytical and reporting skills with an eye for accuracy and trends.-Prior experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems preferred.-Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.-Self-motivated, reliable, and able to perform under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.-Understanding of retail supply chain, logistics, and import/export operations is a plus.-College degree preferred.Additional Details-Location: Remote, however nearby Chandigarh/Delhi NCR, India-Work Hours: 4:00 PM IST 12:30 AM IST (to align with the US & EU offices)Work Arrangement:-This is not a 100% remote role. Physical presence is required for certain in-person meetings.-In-person meetings are typically held monthly, quarterly, or as needed by management.-Most meetings take place in Chandigarh or New Delhi regions.-Candidates must be based in or near Chandigarh or Delhi NCR.-A reliable high-speed home internet connection is a prerequisite.-Compensation: INR 6,00,000 to 8,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and suitability.About Be Home, Inc.
