The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in medical coding and leadership, as well as a proven track record of managing large teams.About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced health care specialist to join our team at a Hyderabad location.The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our coding unit, including workload and staffing, hiring, training, and monitoring quality of work.They will also be responsible for developing long-range and short-term goals, objectives, plans, and programs, and ensuring they are implemented.Additionally, they will assist in planning, developing, and controlling budgets, including staffing costs, capital equipment, and operations of the coding unit.Responsibilities:Oversee the daily operations of the coding unit, including workload and staffing.Hiring, training, and performance appraisals.Developing long-range and short-term goals, objectives, plans, and programs.Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Conducting trend analyses to identify patterns and variations in coding practices.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Life Science or equivalent with Anatomy/Physiology as main subjects.Masters' degree in Business Administration preferred.15+ years of overall coding experience, out of which a minimum 8-10 years in team handling of a team size ranging between 250 to 600 team members.Certified from AAPC (Certified Professional Coder) or AHIMA (American Health Information Management Association).Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong managerial, leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills.Outstanding organizational skills.What We Offer:Competitive salaryHealth insurance optionsFlexible working hoursOpportunities for professional growthInclusive, collaborative environmentHow to Apply:,
