The company serves diverse clients by assisting in buying, selling, and renting properties and managing specialized projects across the city.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Sourcing Manager based in Mumbai. The Sourcing Manager will oversee and manage sourcing activities, develop and maintain relationships with brokers and channel partners, and ensure optimal quality and cost-efficiency in procurement processes. The role involves negotiation, identifying new opportunities for partnerships, coordinating with multiple teams, and conducting market and industry research to stay updated on trends and opportunities. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations is also an essential part of the responsibilities.QualificationsExpertise in sourcing and salesProficiency in market research and data analysis to identify opportunities and trendsStrong communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships and collaborate across teamCapability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlinesProficiency in using software toolsHaving your own two wheeler is a plusHands-on experience in real estate sourcing or similar industry is a plus
