Design for Test (DFT) SpecialistAs a DFT specialist, you will be responsible for leading the design for test efforts in complex digital circuits. This involves developing and implementing effective test strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution, and driving process improvements.Extensive knowledge of DFT concepts, including scan insertion, automatic test pattern generation (ATPG), coverage analysis, transition delay test coverage analysis, memory built-in self-test (MBIST) insertion, and memory test validation.Expertise in scripting languages such as Perl and shell scripts.Experience with register-transfer level (RTL) and gate-level simulations of scan and MBIST test vectors.Knowledge of equivalence check and DFT design rule checking (DRC) rules in RTL lint tools and ATPG tools.Working experience with Synopsis TetraMax/DFTMax and Cadence Encounter Test is highly desirable.You will be part of an international team working in a dynamic environment.
