Come be a part of the team that's revolutionizing the alternative investment industry. Define your own future with Allvue Systems Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Sr Manager Tech Engineering, to oversee the development of data pipelines and drive data architecture projects, ensuring robust support for our reporting, integration, and analytics needs. The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering and be able to efficiently execute data-centric projects across a dynamic group of stakeholders. This role involves extracting, loading, and transforming (ELT) data from various sources, implementing best practices for data architecture, and partnering closely with a cross-functional team to execute deliverables.Responsibilities· Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines that handle both batch and real-time data ingestion.· Integrate various data sources (databases, APIs, third-party data) into Snowflake and other data systems.· Work closely with data scientists and analysts to ensure data availability, quality, and performance.· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data pipeline performance, scalability, and integrity.· Optimize data processes for speed, scalability, and cost efficiency.· Ensure data governance and security best practices are implemented· Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of data scientists & Analysts· Promote collaboration, innovation, and professional development within the team.Requirements· 12+ years of total experience, including more than 4 years of expertise in data engineering or related roles.· Proven track record of leading teams.· Strong experience with Snowflake, Kafka, and Debezium.· Proficiency in SQL, Python, and ETL frameworks.· Experience with data warehousing, data modeling, and pipeline optimization.· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.· Experience in the financial services or fintech industry is highly desirableEducation/Certifications· Bachelor's degree in information systems/technology, Computer Science, a related field in technical engineering, or equivalent experience· Fluent in both spoken and written EnglishWhat We OfferHealth Coverage options along with other voluntary benefits Enterprise Udemy membership with access to thousands of personal and professional development courses 401K with Company match up to 4% or Employee Pension plan  Competitive pay and year-end bonus potential  Flexible PTO  Charitable Donation matching, along with Volunteer and Voting PTO  Numerous team building activities to promote collaboration in a fun and fast-paced work environment EEOC StatementAllvue Systems provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) for all employees and applicants for employment.
