Job Title: Lead, Quality Assurance & Regulatory ComplianceOur organization is seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Quality Assurance Lead.The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures as well as all applicable worldwide regulations and guidelines.This involves deploying, managing, and improving our quality management system while creating awareness across the organization.We require a candidate who can plan and roll out regulatory readiness programs for eventual regulatory audits.Effective execution of the readiness program is also crucial in this role.Assessing the effectiveness of inspection readiness by coordinating and conducting internal and external compliance audits and assessments is another key responsibility.The successful candidate will provide consultation services to operations and business enabling functions personnel on requirements and compliance issues.Awareness sessions on applicable regulations such as FDA and MHRA will also be imparted by this individual.This role requires leading cross-functional teams to help identify potential issues and resolve current ones.Maintaining quality service and departmental standards by reading, understanding, and adhering to organizational standard operating procedures (SOPs) is vital.The ideal candidate will assist in establishing and enforcing departmental standards.This position contributes to team effort by working with internal staff to resolve issues, exploring new opportunities to add value to our processes, helping others achieve results, and performing other duties as assigned.To maintain technical and industry knowledge, the selected candidate must attend and participate in applicable company-sponsored training.
