Job Title: Enterprise Program LeadThe Enterprise Program Lead plays a pivotal role in driving successful digital transformation initiatives. This leadership position oversees the end-to-end implementation of comprehensive solutions for global clients operating in asset-intensive industries.This key role is responsible for managing and overseeing scope, schedule, cost, quality, and value realization. The Program Lead partners closely with customers, internal delivery teams, and cross-functional leaders to ensure measurable outcomes in safety, reliability, and productivity.Lead project initiation, planning, execution, and closure across multiple enterprise SaaS implementation projects.Develop detailed project plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), and delivery schedules aligned to industry best practices.Track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and resources through a structured change control process.This position requires extensive experience managing multi-million-dollar, multi-phase SaaS or digital transformation programs. A strong understanding of EAM and maintenance processes is also essential, as well as experience managing projects integrated with systems like SAP PM, IBM Maximo.The Program Lead will lead cross-functional delivery teams, provide strategic direction, remove roadblocks, and maintain delivery velocity across all workstreams.Key Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience in leading enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives.Strong understanding of project management methodologies and industry best practices.Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and timelines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Benefits:This role offers a unique opportunity to work on high-impact projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
