Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance & Revenue Operations Associate to support key processes related to revenue recognition, invoice generation, and coordination with business in a tech-oriented project-driven/profit centre-driven environment. This role will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with internal policies, and smooth operational workflows.Key Responsibilities• Assist in the revenue recognition process, ensuring adherence to contractual terms and documentation requirements.• Coordinate with business teams to resolve queries related to revenue, invoicing, or financial adjustments.• Ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition in line with Ind AS and internal policies.• Ensure compliance with GST and other regulatory norms while processing revenue entries/raising the invoices.• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation, and promptly responding to audit queries in alignment with compliance and reporting standardsDesired Skills & Competencies• Good communication and time management skills.• Knowledge of Accounting Standards, Revenue recognition, bookkeeping & taxation.• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
