CLM Implementation ExpertThis is an exciting opportunity to take on a challenging role in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementation.The ideal candidate will be responsible for project management, system and workflow design, build and implementation, configuration and testing, data migration and user training.A key aspect of the role is troubleshooting high-complexity issues across workflows, integrations, and contract data.Main Responsibilities:Design and implement CLM platforms, with expertise in Sirion and iCertisTroubleshoot complex issues, including those related to workflows, integrations, and contract dataSupport continuous enhancement of CLM capabilitiesServe as a trusted point of contact for legal, procurement, commercial, and technical teams on CLM implementation mattersTranslate business requirements into functional specifications and advise on best-practice contracting processesInfluence decision-making, manage expectations, and drive alignment across global teamsAssess current processes and design improvements that enhance automation, efficiency, and compliancePrioritize and manage enhancements, workflow redesign, and template updatesLead UAT cycles and ensure new features and changes meet business needsMaintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including workflow guides, user instructions, and configuration logicDevelop and deliver training and adoption materials to support new features and processesConfigure metadata and obligation types, ensuring accurate classification and extractionWork with AI/NLP tools to refine prompts, improve extraction accuracy, and validate resultsPerform iterative testing and ensure data integrity across contract repositoriesSupport and execute project management activities related to CLM implementationsManage project plan, track activities and prepare project status updates and reportsRequired Skills & Experience:Extensive hands-on experience with CLM implementations, including configuration and workflow designStrong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior teamsProven ability to diagnose and resolve complex system and workflow issuesExperience with CLM data structures, metadata, obligations, and template governanceExcellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for non-technical usersStrong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving approachExperience working in global or distributed teams
