JOB SUMMARYThe Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable webapplications and services. This role requires a versatile and innovative individual who is proficient in bothfront-end and back-end technologies, with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.This role requires a passionate, committed, and organized individual who is a fast learner, adaptable, andopen to new approaches in technology solutions.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSThe primary responsibilities of this position are to:• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using modern front-end frameworks andlibraries.• Implement server-side logic and APIs to support front-end functionality and ensure seamlessintegration.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technicalspecifications.• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure adherence to best practices andcoding standards.• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a smooth user experience.• Troubleshoot and debug applications, identifying and resolving issues efficiently.• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve developmentprocesses.TECHNICAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEMost important:Minimum 7 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer/Developer, including at least 4 yearsof recent experience with React and Python (both mandatory).Proficient in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, with React as the required framework.Strong back-end experience with Python, particularly in developing and maintaining RESTful APIs andbuilding scalable server-side applications.Familiarity with any database systems, including SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL databases(CosmosDB, MongoDB).Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs within a microservices architecture.Solid understanding of git & version control, and experience with tools such as GitLab, GitHub.Experience of the Azure cloud platform and deployment strategies.Desirable:•••••Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.Experience with container technologies such as Docker.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.Understanding of security best practices in web development.Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Jest, Mocha).NONTECHNICAL SKILLSMost important:• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and troubleshootingcomplex issues.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.• High level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all work outputs.• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and learn new technologies quickly.• Commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet customer needs and expectations.Desirable:Experience with complex organizational structures.Experience in the real estate sector.EDUCATIONBachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
