Job Overview:
YLAA is seeking a proactive and dynamic Customer Relations Executive to join our team. This role involves engaging with potential students interested in pursuing training for written examinations in the aviation sector. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi, and have a strong ability to connect with customers through cold calling and in-person visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to prospective students, explaining the various training programs and plans offered by the academy.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential customers, ensuring a positive experience throughout their decision-making process.
- Follow up with leads to address any questions or concerns and to encourage enrollment in training programs.
- Visit customers at their homes, if required, to provide personalized consultation and support in understanding the training options available.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for customer outreach and engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and insights that could improve service delivery.
- Travel within Maharashtra as necessary to meet with potential students and promote academy offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the education or training sector.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and customer service.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
