SAP Finance Control Consultant RoleAs a senior SAP functional consultant, you will play a key role in the implementation and migration of SAP S/4HANA projects. Your responsibilities will include working closely with technical teams and clients to determine optimal solutions, owning the delivery process from design to implementation, and providing support tasks.Design scalable, performance-optimized, and reusable solutions that meet specific business requirements.Prepare functional specifications, configuration, testing, and documentation.Configure custom changes based on business requirements and perform proof-of-concept and prototyping activities as needed.Finalize business process design, identify custom changes required, and collaborate with development teams.Participate actively in root-cause analysis and troubleshooting of issues.Share functional knowledge and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions within the team.Provide knowledge transfer to Production Support teams after project go-live.Offer functional expertise to Production Support teams for urgent production issues.Experience integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems, plan, and test end-to-end scenarios by coordinating with various stakeholders.Job RequirementsUnderstand business requirements and transform them into 'Business Process' in SAP.Develop high-level business solution designs for implementation based on gathered requirements.Lead functional deliverables in terms of fit-gap analysis, changes that can be set to standard, and support in configuring the system to meet customer requirements in standard SAP solutions.Support development teams to complete WRICEF based on identified gaps.Work closely with onsite and offshore teams during design and implementation.Collaborate with SAP through service marketplaces to articulate product gaps and issues in SAP.Work with project teams to develop and resolve SAP functional issues.Proactively identify performance bottlenecks in systems and come up with optimal solutions with support from development teams.Learn new SAP technologies as they are implemented.
