Project Leadership RoleThe ideal candidate will lead end-to-end project delivery for technical and operational initiatives, ensuring that projects are planned, executed, and delivered in alignment with business goals.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage project and milestone plans that provide visibility, alignment, and predictable delivery outcomes.Partner with product, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to define scope, deliverables, and timelines.Facilitate cross-functional meetings, working sessions, and status checkpoints to maintain alignment and accountability.Monitor schedule, scope, resource allocation, and risk to ensure efficient and timely delivery.Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, process refinement, and adoption of best practices that enhance SDLC efficiency.RequirementsThe following skills and qualifications are required:Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).8+ years of project management experience, preferably in SaaS, software development, or digital product environments.Demonstrated experience managing projects using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills with the ability to balance competing priorities.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience collaborating with clients and presenting to executive leadership.BenefitsThis role offers a flexible work arrangement, allowing candidates to work during US hours at least till 5 pm EST.
