Salesforce Technical Architect – Loyalty Management Job Summary: Lead solution design, enhancements, and roadmap development for a global loyalty management platform. This role requires technical depth and leadership maturity to steer a team day-to-day. Key Responsibilities: Deep expertise in Salesforce loyalty configuration and extensibility. Strong knowledge of Salesforce Core Platform and API-level integrations with external systems. Understanding of tier-based models, point accrual logic, and loyalty lifecycle automation. Ability to guide a team of developers, QA, and admins; experience setting up Agile delivery frameworks (JIRA/Confluence). Excellent English communication and presentation skills to interact with senior stakeholders and client IT leadership. Exposure to DevOps setup for Salesforce environments is an advantage. Desired Certifications: Loyalty Management Specialist, Application Architect, Platform Developer II
