About the RoleWe are seeking a Founding DevOps Engineer to take ownership of our cloud and deployment infrastructure as we scale our SaaS + AI platform ecosystem.This is a high-ownership, part-time founding role where you will architect, deploy, and manage our AWS infrastructure powering our Cloud and XeAgent AI workloads.Set up scalable backend infrastructureCreate CI/CD pipelinesManage Kubernetes environmentsEnsure security, reliability, and smooth deploymentsSupport both SaaS workloads and AI agent operationsMain ResponsibilitiesAWS Infrastructure (Core)Architect and manage AWS services (EC2, VPC, RDS, Lambda, S3, CloudFront, IAM, CloudWatch).Build scalable and secure environments for SaaS + AI agent workloads.CI/CD & AutomationBuild and maintain automated deployment pipelines (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / Jenkins).Enable rapid, safe, and consistent releases.Containers & OrchestrationManage and optimize Docker and EKS/ECS clusters.Ensure reliable scaling for multi-agent systems and API services.Infra-as-Code & MonitoringWrite Terraform or CloudFormation for reproducible infrastructure.Implement observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch).Security & ComplianceEnforce identity, access, encryption, network segmentation, and compliance practices.Support our enterprise-grade security framework.Founding-Level OwnershipRecommend and define tooling, cloud strategy, and DevOps roadmap.Make architecture decisions that impact long-term product growth.
