Job Description:Generation of new product ideas and recipes and modifying and improving existing recipes in line with the organization's ambitionsInnovation and R&D related to product development, optimization, and the scale-up of products in formats such as confectionery, chews, gummies, Bites,  Mints,  Gummies , Chewing gums, candy, tablets etc. including formulation, product and process development, optimization.Should have knowledge of food chemistry and science behind blending of raw material, mouth feel, slow release agents, formulate dosage technical chemistry, sensory evaluation, coating, granulation, compression etc.Exposure and experience in Quality Assurance and FSSAI rules and guidelinesMust be conversant with the end to the end life cycle of product development from concept to commercializationManage the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes, especially those that affect the quality of the organization's products
