Job TitleA Data Science position is available for a skilled professional with experience in transformer architectures and strong fundamentals in model training, fine-tuning, and optimization.About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have expertise in running end-to-end experiments on transformer-based architectures, including LLMs, Whisper, diffusion, LoRA, RLHF/SFT, and multimodal models.Responsibilities include developing and fine-tuning models, domain-specific applications, evaluation and optimization, cross-modality integration, research and experimentation, and driving initiatives independently.Requirements4–10 years of experience in applied Data Science/ML with a strong focus on generative AI.Solid grasp of transformer architectures, LLMs, training dynamics, and optimization techniques.Expertise in at least one modality (text, audio, or video), with demonstrable end-to-end project experience.Strong coding and debugging ability in Python, with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).Experience with ML pipelines (FastAPI or similar) for inference and deployment.Proven ability to design/implement automated evaluation methods for generative outputs.Ability to experiment quickly with new tools, libraries, and models in a dynamic environment.
