Job Title: Business Analyst - Health Insurance
Exp, - 6+ Years
Location – Pune / Hyderabad

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with min. 6 years of experience in the health insurance industry to join our team for an exciting large-scale and complex transformation project. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing business ideas and solutions to drive growth and efficiency for client organization.
Responsibilities:
Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes to identify areas for improvement, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings.
Process Design: Design and develop new or revised processes that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Change Management: Manage the implementation of process changes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and effective communication with stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including business leaders, operational teams, and IT personnel to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure buy-in.
Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness and identify areas for further improvement.
Communication: Develop and present reports to senior leadership on process improvement initiatives, results, and recommendations for future improvements.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor and evaluate process performance, identifying opportunities for further improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Mandatory Requirements:
Experienced in the health insurance industry in a similar capacity as a business analyst/ Program Lead.
Expert knowledge in insurance life cycles with exposure to processes like new business, billing and collections, customer service, claims, distribution, correspondence, and at least one Policy Admin System.
Strong analytical skills, with experience using at least one data analysis tools such as Excel / SQL.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent content creation skills (MS-Office)
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Nice to Have:
Significant exposure to Asian markets, and experience with the Singapore health insurance industry, particularly Shield products.
Certification as a Business Analyst (CBAP)
Exposure to tools like Confluence, JIRA, Clarity
