About the RoleWe're seeking a creative Social Media Manager to elevate our founders' personal brands across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.You'll develop engaging content, manage community interactions, and identify partnership opportunities that position our leadership as industry thought leaders.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Strategy • Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to each founder's voice and expertise • Create compelling original content including posts, articles, threads, and multimedia content • Maintain monthly content calendars aligned with company goals and industry trends • Transform founder insights into shareable, platform-specific contentCommunity Management • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in the founders' authentic voice • Engage proactively with industry leaders, customers, and community members • Build and nurture meaningful relationships across platforms • Manage social media inboxes and prioritize communicationsPartnership Development • Identify and evaluate collaboration opportunities, speaking engagements, and media appearances • Respond to partnership inquiries and coordinate preliminary discussions • Build relationships with industry partners, media, and event organizersAnalytics & Optimization • Track engagement metrics and follower growth across platforms • Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights • Optimize content strategy based on data and platform best practicesRequired Qualifications • 3–5 years managing social media for executives or personal brands • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different voices • Proven track record of growing executive presence and engagement • Deep understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter best practices • Strong community management and relationship-building skills • Portfolio demonstrating thought leadership content and community engagementExpected Outcomes • Consistent growth in followers and engagement across all platforms • Increased founder visibility as industry thought leaders • Authentic, high-quality content that drives meaningful conversations • Strategic partnerships that expand reach and create value • Positive brand sentiment and reputationPreferred Skills • Experience in our industry • Background in journalism, PR, or content marketing • Proficiency with social media management tools • Video editing and graphic design capabilities • Partnership or influencer marketing experience
