Job Description-Sr. Business AnalystWe are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with over 8-10 years of expertise in business analysis, requirements gathering, process improvement, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams, ensuring business objectives are clearly defined, documented, and translated into successful technology solutions.A results-driven and detail-oriented Business Analyst with experience in gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and delivering technology-driven business solutions, with a strong focus on the healthcare industry as well.Key Responsibilities:Partner with stakeholders, business users, and leadership teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Lead requirement workshops, JAD sessions, and stakeholder interviews.Collaborate with development, testing, and project management teams to ensure requirements traceability and delivery.Drive process mapping, gap analysis, and business process re-engineering for efficiency and optimization.Act as a Product Owner/SME in Agile projects, supporting sprint planning, backlog refinement, and user acceptance testing.Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, Use Cases, Wireframes, Workflow Diagrams, and Data Models.Provide domain expertise and thought leadership in [insert relevant industry: BFSI, Retail, IT, Healthcare, etc.].Conduct impact analysis, risk assessment, and change management for projects.Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and workflow optimization to enhance efficiency in healthcare operations and systems.Translate complex business needs into clear functional and technical specifications for development teams.Ensure solutions are aligned with healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, CPT, etc.).Support EHR/EMR implementations, healthcare analytics, claims processing systems, and patient management solutions.Work with QA teams to design and execute test plans, UAT, and validation processes.Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and JAD sessions to ensure requirements clarity and alignment.Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI models for healthcare IT initiatives.Provide post-implementation support, training, and documentation to ensure adoption and sustainability.Act as a strategic partner in driving digital health innovations, telemedicine solutions, and healthcare data analytics initiatives.Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of healthcare business processes, payer-provider systems, and regulatory standards.Proficiency in requirements elicitation techniques (interviews, workshops, surveys, observation).Experience with EHR/EMR systems, claims processing, patient management systems, and healthcare BI tools.Skilled in process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Bizagi) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.Technical Tools & MethodologiesTools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, MS Office Suite.Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, BPMN, Lean Six Sigma.Healthcare Systems: Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, Meditech, Claims & Billing Systems.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹1,400, ₹1,800,000.00 per yearBenefits:Work from homeWork Location: In person
